PROCLAMATION
Automotive Heritage Month
July 2020

WHEREAS the National Association of Automobile Clubs of Canada has designated July 2020 as “Automotive Heritage Month” in recognition of the contributions of automotive hobbyists to the economic and cultural life of Canada;

AND WHEREAS Newfoundland and Labrador recognizes the role of the automobile in the creation of the provincial highway system and road network that make Newfoundland and Labrador communities more accessible for residents and visitors;

AND WHEREAS Newfoundland and Labrador has many active local clubs dedicated to automotive hobbies and also welcomes many visiting automobile enthusiasts;

THEREFORE I, Tom Osborne, Minister of Service NL, do hereby proclaim July 2020 as Automotive Heritage Month in Newfoundland and Labrador.
